Hayley Healey PMA®-CPT, is a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Teacher, was named the 1st CoreAlign Master Instructor, and is an industry veteran with over 20 years as an innovator in functional body alignment methods and assessment. She incorporates Pilates, CoreAlign and other movement modalities to achieve positive body efficiency with each client.
Sherry is from Denver, Colorado. She has been a competitive athlete since the age of 11, competing in swimming, soccer and basketball. Sherry turned to running 25 years ago and competed at a national level in the marathon, participating in the 2000 Olympic Marathon Trails. Her passion is to help people achieve a level of fitness beyond their expectations.
Tanaya began teaching yoga in 2011 after graduating from Yoga Pura’s 500 hour Advanced Studies and Teacher Training Program. She enjoys teaching and practicing asana (posture) as well as passionate about sharing the healing and transformational power of daily meditation. Tanaya is a Level One Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher. She is knowledgeable of sound healing and has the ability to deliver healing experiences with crystal bowls. Tanaya is a professional runner who believes yoga and meditation are the foundation of her athletic ability.
Roxanne Hrinko has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She specializes in personal training, group fitness and in-home training. She teaches a variety of classes including Pilates, body sculpting, barre, stretch, foam roller, and Bosu. She is Gold Certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and CPR/First Aid Certified. She has produced and choreographed three exercise videos. She has trained clients of all ages, fitness levels and body types. She appreciates the uniqueness of each person and likes to customize workouts based on their individual goals.
Dev Reynolds has been a group fitness instructor for forty years, leading classes in dance and step aerobics, Zumba, mat Pilates, aquacise. Originally from Los Angeles, where she and Jane Fonda used to work out together, Dev is now happy to be living and working in Sedona.
Näthan Gangadean was raised with Yoga Philosophy since childhood. When he discovered yoga on the mat and received his certification in 2001, he had been immersed in the very foundations of Yoga for years. Yoga is an evolving art form and his background enabled Näthan to innovate new ways of experiencing yoga on the mat. Over 15 years, he evolved his teaching art to create what he calls “Liberating Yoga”, a double entendre, geared towards freedom of movement, exploration, enjoyment and the science of evolving posture.
For 20 years Bonnie has been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong. She is also a visual artist and art teacher who brings her love of line, movement, texture, shading, repeated patterns and shapes into the composition that Tai Chi and Qi Gong create. Bonnie’s main focus is to convey to her students the way Chi works in Nature and in our bodies to create optimal health and balance in our everyday lives.
Kat’s passion for yoga stemmed from her love of dance and movement. She has been practicing for over 10 years where she initially started in Sacramento, CA. Her style ranges from power Vinyasa to relaxing yin. Kat enjoys weaving kirtan and meditation into her teachings. When she’s not on the mat, you can catch her cooking and experimenting in the kitchen or practicing martial arts.
Marlene has extensive fitness experience as both an instructor for many fitness disciplines as well as supervising fitness programs. She has served on the SAFA (Southern Arizona Fitness Association) board for four years. Marlene has earned numerous certifications and continues to refresh her knowledge by attending fitness workshops. Her certifications include; Group Fitness Certification from A.C.E. (American Council on Fitness), Personal Trainer Certification from AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), Pilates Certification from Physical Mind Institute, Zumba Certification and MELT Hand & Foot Certification (New Science of the Human Body.
Marnie’s first experience at a yoga class was so profound that she immediately sought out additional training. In 2002 she became a certified teacher at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center in California. In 2005, she studied Kriya Yoga under Pricilla Potter, Swami Maha-Tarananda at the Yoga Connection in Tucson, Arizona and became a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Her practice is rooted in Kriya Yoga and she teaches freedom style, which emphasizes “The Oneness” that all lineages lead to. On a broader scope the practice reminds us to honor the duality of all things; the sun with the moon, the masculine with the feminine, a reminder of the union, or balance between the mind and the body, that we strive for through yoga practice. The benefits are increased strength, flexibility, balance, and sense of wellbeing.
Kim has 17 years’ experience as a professional fitness trainer. She trains people of all fitness levels from active athletes to seniors, from marathon runners to folks recovering from a knee or hip replacement. Her specialty is “Fitness-Over-Fifty” as Kim believes that fitness is the only fountain of youth. Her mission is to help clients feel vital, competent and confident. To give them back skills they thought they had lost and to help them to live life Out Loud!! Her focus is on systematic training of all muscle groups of the body to improve overall muscle tone, core strength and symmetry. Kim’s expertise includes nutrition & diet and she can provide plenty of clean eating ideas & tips. Kim’s specialties in group fitness instruction are: Weight lifting, Step & Aqua.
Qigong for Self-Healing Master, Tai Ji Quan Master, Qigong Master Healer & Reiki Master/Teacher. Barbara is excited to share with you the techniques of self-empowerment by practicing Qigong. Qigong is a way to train the inner energy system to open & align with the divine creating perfect union. This practice will put you in balance & allow you to sustain that balance, to reflect in all aspects of your daily life. Well exercised, calm, and spiritually elevated is what you will take with you from these classes! Barbara is trained in meditation from Qigong, Tai Ji, and Kriya, and Zen. Qigong Meridian stretch will open and align the physical body, release the emotional body, clarity in the mental body and elevation of your spiritual body.
