Mariposa - Latin Inspired Grill

The cuisine is Latin inspired and formulated from Chef Lisa Dahl’s travels to Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. the restaurant is designed for the ultimate guest experience with some of the most dramatic views of the red rocks from in the dining room or on the patio.
