The Fitness Center
With over 20,000 Square-Feet of indoor facilities outfitted with state-of-the-art Fitness Equipment.
Our equipment includes Cybex VR2 Weight Machines, Treadmills, Stair Climbers and stationary Bikes. You'll also find Olympic free Weights, Rowers and more.
A spacious wood-floor Aerobic studio is perfect for our Energetic Aerobic sessions take place daily and our wide range of classes including gentle stretching and movement to Step and Cardio Classes. Dance styles include Hip Hop, Ballet and Junior Ballet.
Guests enjoy Luxury Locker Rooms with large Indoor Hot Spas, Saunas and Steam Rooms that compliment any workout.
Outdoor Fitness facilities include 3 lighted Tennis Courts, a heated 25-meter Lap Pool with a Whirlpool Spa. Personal Training and a variety of Fitness Classes, such as Yoga, Pilates and Aerobic Exercise are offered daily. Private Training Classes and Fitness Trainings can be arranged for individuals and Groups.
